Honestly, I’m not so sure why people think Matt or Logan should audition for Tobias. Don’t get me wrong, I love Matt Lanter & Logan Lerman. They’re both wonderful actors and I really do like them. Fuck, I love 90201 & Percy Jackson. But just cause I love the series, I’m not going to automatically want them to play as my favorite character. I want someone who can actually be the character, not just act it.
Guys, in my opinion, Matt cannot pass as an 18 year old. I’m sorry. But he’s too broad and tall for people to shrug off as a puberty thing. Once again, I do love him, it’s just that I don’t think he’d make the best Tobias. And for Logan, oh my goodness. I was really ecstatic to hear that some people want him to play as Tobias, but now thinking about it, I’m going to have to say that I don’t agree with their opinion.
To me, Tobias is an 18 year old that has a sharp look to him. His face is rugged and defined, still showing signs of youth, but cannot be mistaken for a 14 year old. I always imagined him to look mature for his age. And Logan just doesn’t fit my standards. I’m sorry. Logan has this really cute face that I can’t imagine to play as a strict instructor who isn’t afraid to throw knives at his crush.
So yeah. These are the two people I’m hoping for as Tobias.

Dream cast for Tobias
This one is harder. I haven’t come to an absolute conclusion, but I do absolutely *LOVE* the guy in the first picture (black shirt and hoodie).
So I pick him.
The other two pictures are of Max Irons who I am okay with and I would be happy if he ended up being cast. These are more of the feel that I get when I think of Four. Kinda moody and restrained. Doesn’t smile a whole lot. Kinda vulnerable.

I fully, 100% support Saoirse Rowan.
I think she’s perfectly cute and she isn’t the typical Hollywood cookie cutter ‘beautiful.’
And I think she does the badass yet also vulnerable thing extremely well.
No one else comes close yet.
